Since 2021, the Sustainability Report has been prepared using indicators from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which are designed to help organizations communicate the impacts of their sustainability initiatives and financial performance. These guidelines are international and applicable to institutions of various types, providing guidance and standardizing reporting, which allows for easy comparison among them.
In addition, the GRI includes some sector-specific indicators from the G4 standard. In this regard, certain Financial Services indicators, specific to financial institutions, were used to enrich the Report.
The indicators are available on the Indicators or in the Sustainability Report, which can be found on the Document Center section.
