Positive impacts include those resulting from the welcoming and inclusion of employees, strengthening the institutional reputation and the ability to attract and retain diverse talent. It also enables a broader perspective on ideas and innovation for problems and challenges, as well as expanded approaches based on diverse profiles, which can enhance the quality of solutions, competitiveness, and the alignment of strategies with the expectations of customers and society. Conversely, negative impacts were identified related to the occurrence of harassment or discrimination against minority groups in the workplace, resulting from biases in people management processes, literacy gaps, non-compliant individual conduct, and monitoring gaps, with effects on organizational climate, engagement, and reputational and labor risks, as well as a misalignment of strategic decisions with the diversity profile of customers, which may limit the effectiveness of business strategies and creation of sustainable value. | Customers; employees; Company operations. |
