We have recorded negative impacts related to an increase in information security incidents, including personal data breaches across various activities, with potential regulatory, financial, and reputational repercussions, as well as operational disruptions due to cyberattacks, which may compromise the continuity of services to customers and partners. There are also negative impacts associated with the heavy investments required to deploy information security systems, involving the acquisition and contracting of specialized technologies and services. On the other hand, the positive impact stems from increased customer confidence due to the adoption of security measures, which is an essential factor for institutional credibility, customer loyalty, and business sustainability. | Customers, employees, suppliers, and partners; Company operations. |
