Banrisul\u2019s Board of Directors identifies and manages conflicts of interest based on, but not limited to, applicable legal standards provided for in Article 156 of the Brazilian Corporate Law and article 25 of its Bylaws. Furthermore, the Code of Ethics and Conduct is widely disseminated to management members, board members, employees, interns, members of the Banrisul Group, business partners, suppliers and service providers. In the event of a potential conflict of interest, members of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and the Ethics Committee must abstain from resolving on matters in which this conflict is identified.
