This internal policy was designed to provide guidance to internal stakeholders so they can assist our customers in personal and family budgeting, building financial savings and resilience, and preventing default and over-indebtedness.<br><br><strong>3-3 d) Describe actions taken to manage the topic and related impacts, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 d) i) actions to prevent or mitigate potential negative impacts;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No potential negative impacts have been identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 d) ii) actions to address actual negative impacts, including actions to provide for or cooperate in their remediation;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of Banrisul\u2019s Institutional Financial Education Policy is supported by financial education multipliers, appointed by the Regional Superintendencies, and by the use of the Banrisul Moodle platform, which enables the recording of evidence and the exchange of best practices among teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 d) iii) actions to manage actual and potential positive impacts;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use of the Banrisul Moodle platform, which enables the recording of evidence and the exchange of best practices among teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) Report the following information about tracking the effectiveness of the actions taken:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) i) processes used to track the effectiveness of the actions; <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We conduct pre- and post-training surveys to assess the relevance and applicability of the knowledge acquired. We also seek to measure the impact of social media posts with financial organization tips and monitor customer engagement, such as likes and shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) ii) goals, targets, and indicators used to evaluate progress;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Targets for 2024 include the update of the Financial Education Policy, with its dissemination to all employees; the strengthening of initiatives through multipliers; and the creation of specific promotional items to support financial education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) iii) the effectiveness of the actions, including progress toward the goals and targets;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Institutional Policy on Financial Education has encouraged branch managers to act as multipliers within their communities. Through these initiatives, we aim to ensure that our customers and communities have access to relevant financial information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) iv) lessons learned and how these have been incorporated into the organization\u2019s operational policies and procedures;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth highlighting the preparation of an Administrative Instruction for the branches to adopt the financial education strategy, starting with the public servants\u2019 week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 f) Describe how engagement with stakeholders has informed the actions taken (3-3-d) and how it has informed whether the actions have been effective (3-3-e)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engagement with stakeholders has informed measures such as the selection of topics and promotional materials, based on interest surveys.
