This structure aims to plan actions, monitor indicators, and promote training to foster dialogue on diversity and inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 d) iii) actions to manage actual and potential positive impacts;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We monitor demographic data related to diversity, equity and inclusion indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) Report the following information about tracking the effectiveness of the actions taken:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-3 e) i) processes used to track the effectiveness of the actions;
