To ensure a safe and healthy work environment, we implemented a safety management system, overseen by the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA, in Portuguese).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the legal requirements for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) covered by our Program, we highlight Regulatory Standard NR 01 &#8211; Risk Management Program (PGR, in Portuguese).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II) the system has been implemented based on recognized risk management and\/or management system standards\/guidelines and, if so, a list of the standards\/guidelines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We comply with the security regulations established by several entities, ensuring the safety of everyone in our branches and across all our units.
