2-27 a) Report the total number of significant instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations during the reporting period, and a breakdown of this total by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

i. instances for which fines were incurred;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii. instances for which non-monetary sanctions were incurred; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, no significant instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations were recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-27 b) Report the total number and the monetary value of fines for instances of noncompliance with laws and regulations that were paid during the reporting period, and a breakdown of this total by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

i. fines for instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations that occurred in the current reporting period;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii. fines for instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations that occurred in previous reporting periods;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, no significant instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations were recorded. In previous reporting periods (2017-2023), four instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations were recorded and fines amounted to R$54 thousand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Significant instances are those whose impact significantly affects the Institution\u2019s results, image, or reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-27 d) Describe how it has determined significant instances of non-compliance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
