The policy was revised in 2024 to strengthen competency and transparency criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-20 a<\/strong><strong>) ii) how the views of stakeholders (including shareholders) regarding remuneration are sought and taken into consideration;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compensation levels are elaborated and proposed by the Eligibility Committee, which are then approved by the Board of Directors and submitted for shareholder deliberation at the General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-20 a) iii) whether remuneration consultants are involved in determining remuneration and, if so, whether they are independent of the organization, its highest governance body and senior executives;<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No external consultants were involved in determining compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-20 <\/strong><strong>b) Report the results of votes of stakeholders (including shareholders) on remuneration policies and proposals, if applicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This information, including criteria, composition and values, is available on our <a href=\"https:\/\/ri.banrisul.com.br\/governanca-corporativa\/assembleias-e-reunioes\/%20\">Investor Relations website<\/a> to ensure transparency, comparability and continuous monitoring.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","categoria_indicadores":[1444],"codigo":[1470],"empresas":[],"ano_indicador":[1724],"class_list":["post-6737","indicador","type-indicador","status-publish","hentry","categoria_indicadores-overall-content","codigo-gri-2-20-en","ano_indicador-2024-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.1.1 -
