{"id":6735,"date":"2025-07-18T11:10:47","date_gmt":"2025-07-18T14:10:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/?post_type=indicador&#038;p=6735"},"modified":"2025-10-17T15:53:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T18:53:07","slug":"evaluation-of-the-performance-of-the-highest-governance-body-2","status":"publish","type":"indicador","link":"http:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/en\/indicadores\/evaluation-of-the-performance-of-the-highest-governance-body-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluation of the performance of the highest governance body"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>2-18 a) Describe the processes for evaluating the performance of the highest governance body in overseeing the management of the organization\u2019s impacts on the economy, environment, and people;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The performance evaluation process complies with Law 13,303\/16 and State Decree 54,110\/18 and does not encompass aspects related to the oversight of the management the Organization\u2019s impacts on the economy, environment and people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-18 b) Report whether the evaluations are independent or not, and the frequency of the evaluations<\/strong>;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-independent, anonymous and individual performance evaluations are carried our every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-18 c) Describe actions taken in response to the evaluations, including changes to the composition of the highest governance body and organizational practices. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All answers to the evaluation questionnaires are compiled into a report, which is sent to the Eligibility and Compensation Committee for prior analysis and then submitted to the Board of Directors for consideration.
