There is a standard that determines the flow of adjustments of contracts with third parties to comply with the LGPD, including the definition of a methodology to help identify the Processor x Controller x Joint Controllers relation and define the flow for indicating LGPD clauses for business and administrative contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific guidelines have been created for handling or responding to security incidents involving personal data, considering the requirements imposed by the LGPD in order to complement Banrisul\u2019s existing Information and Cyber Security Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 d) Describe actions taken to manage the topic and related impacts, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 d) i) actions to prevent or mitigate potential negative impacts;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No potential negative impacts have been identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 d) ii) actions to address actual negative impacts, including actions to provide for or cooperate in their remediation;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, Banrisul created the Crisis Committee for Personal Data Incidents and approved the flow for reporting incidents related to data breaches, set out in the Guidelines for Preventing and Responding to Personal Data Incidents. The formalization of this process aims to guarantee the appropriate prevention, response and treatment of incidents involving personal data related to Banrisul and its customers, including the means\/processes that must be implemented to mitigate and\/or remedy adverse impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 d) iii) actions to manage actual and potential positive impacts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the quarterly report to the Audit Committee, the Internal Audit assessed the procedures, rules and mechanisms adopted to ensure the protection and privacy of personal data, in compliance with the LGPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 e) ii) goals, targets, and indicators used to evaluate progress;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The annual plan of the Privacy and Data Protection Governance Program defines indicators, which, after approved by the Executive Board, are submitted to and monitored by the Strategy and Planning department.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 e) iii) the effectiveness of the actions, including progress toward the goals and targets;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, the Data Privacy and Protection Governance Program is reviewed to check that the goals set in the previous year have been achieved and to determine the goals for the following year, so that it operates on an ongoing basis.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 e) iv) lessons learned and how these have been incorporated into the organization\u2019s operational policies and procedures.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of each year, the actions planned for the cycle are accounted for in order to identify which initiatives have had actual and potential impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-3 f) Describe how engagement with stakeholders has informed the actions taken (3-3-d) and how it has informed whether the actions have been effective (3-3-e).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
