{"id":6132,"date":"2024-07-31T17:46:42","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T20:46:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/indicadores\/sistema-de-gestao-de-saude-e-seguranca-do-trabalho-2\/"},"modified":"2025-09-26T17:55:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T20:55:59","slug":"sistema-de-gestao-de-saude-e-seguranca-do-trabalho-2","status":"publish","type":"indicador","link":"http:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/en\/indicadores\/sistema-de-gestao-de-saude-e-seguranca-do-trabalho-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Occupational health and safety management system"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>403-1 a) A statement of whether an occupational health and safety management system has been implemented, including whether:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>403-1 a) i) the system has been implemented because of legal requirements and, if so, a list of the requirements;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>403-1 a) ii) the system has been implemented based on recognized risk management and\/or management system standards\/guidelines and, if so, a list of the standards\/guidelines.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety risk management is supported by guidelines applied by the main regulatory bodies in the sector, taking into account recommendations from specific regulations contained in manuals published by the following entities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ministry of Labor and Social Security;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labor Prosecution Office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundacentro (a government foundation linked to the Ministry of Labor);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa, in Portuguese);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH); and- Collective Bargaining Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>403-1 b) A description of the scope of workers, activities, and workplaces covered by the occupational health and safety management system, and an explanation of whether and, if so, why any workers, activities, or workplaces are not covered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All employees are covered by the same worker protection initiatives in all the Bank&#8217;s units.
