In addition to these, the crucial concerns received through the Whistleblowing Channel are communicated to the Board of Directors by means of reports which must contain, at the very least, the number and nature of the communications received, the areas responsible for dealing with the situation, the average time for treatment and the measures adopted by the Institution.
