{"id":6012,"date":"2024-07-29T10:23:52","date_gmt":"2024-07-29T13:23:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/indicadores\/verificacao-externa-2\/"},"modified":"2025-09-26T16:47:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T19:47:12","slug":"verificacao-externa-2","status":"publish","type":"indicador","link":"http:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/en\/indicadores\/verificacao-externa-2\/","title":{"rendered":"External assurance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>2-5 a) Describe its policy and practice for seeking external assurance, including whether and how the highest governance body and senior executives are involved;<\/strong><br>As a way of ratifying the credibility of its information, this report was submitted to an external and independent Limited Assurance of the Bank, carried out by the auditing firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Auditores Independentes Ltda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-5 b) If the organization\u2019s sustainability reporting has been externally assured:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-5-b) i) provide a link or reference to the external assurance report(s) or assurance statement(s);<\/strong><br>The assurance report is attached to the 2023 Sustainability Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-5-b) ii) describe what has been assured and on what basis, including the assurance standards used, the level of assurance obtained, and any limitations of the assurance process;<\/strong><br>The scope of the assurance is mentioned in the Assurance Report, which is attached to the 2023 Sustainability Report. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-5-b) iii) describe the relationship between the organization and the assurance provider.<\/strong><br>Banrisul also works with Deloitte to audit its financial statements.
