Regarding subject, there is a &#8220;bank secrecy&#8221; item, which is under the topic &#8220;other subjects&#8221; and the root cause &#8220;LGPD&#8221; (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). In 2022, five customer complaints were filed related to bank secrecy and\/or LGPD, including in external agencies; four of these complaints were classified as invalid and only one was classified as valid (not resolved).
