Executive Board members are entitled to monthly compensation in the form of monthly wage plus a representation fee, the annual amount of which must not exceed the overall management compensation amount set by the Extraordinary and Annual Shareholders\u2019 Meeting. They are also entitled to Banrisul\u2019s Profit Sharing Program (PLR, in Portuguese), calculated in accordance with the rules established by the Board of Directors, considering the rules applicable to the payment of PLR to employees, as defined in the Banking Employees\u2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
