{"id":5085,"date":"2023-11-08T17:06:43","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T20:06:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/indicadores\/delegation-of-responsibility-for-managing-impacts\/"},"modified":"2024-11-05T10:44:18","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T13:44:18","slug":"delegation-of-responsibility-for-managing-impacts","status":"publish","type":"indicador","link":"http:\/\/banrisul.centralesg.com.br\/en\/indicadores\/delegation-of-responsibility-for-managing-impacts\/","title":{"rendered":"Delegation of responsibility for managing impacts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Control and Risk Executive Office is responsible for managing the Institutions\u2019 corporate risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As regards Integrated Capital and Corporate Risk Management, the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is responsible for the Corporate Risk Management Department and his\/her duties include ensuring that the risk process monitors, controls, evaluates and plans capital need and goals and identifies, measures, monitors, reports, controls and mitigates credit, market, IRRBB, liquidity, operational, social, environmental and climate risks associated with the Prudential Conglomerate, communicating said risks to the Risk Committee, the CEO, the Board of Directors and regulatory agencies.<br><br>The Corporate Risk Executive Superintendent reports to the CRO on the Institution\u2019s risk management.
